Amazing match 3 type puzzler! Great mix of light sim action and highly intense puzzle action. I love it!

Very well done, but itd be nice to have an update with more villages or something added to otherwise extend gameplay. Over way too quickly.

Solid controls and addicting gameplay the puzzle and village elements work together well, if it looks interesting to you buy it you wont regret it

I LOVE this game. I have gone through all 150 levels about 4 times now and select the "wealer" hero for extra challenges. PLEASE give us MORE!

150 levels of match 3 action. Create villages and keep inhabitants happy. Watch out for the tar and the "buzzard".

This games is way too much fun and way too addictive! I played up to level 77 the first day -- building village after village with homes, trees, bushes and stores!! I even had a swan in the lake (too cute)!!! If this game had 1,000 levels Id play every one!!!

Worth the 3 bucks. This game was a lot of fun I played it constantly until I beat it.

Very fun with a good storyline. A lot like Jewel Master for DS or paradise quest where you have a goal. Not just matching fast to the next level. More match THREE! or box clear somebody needs to come out with. Like on Flower quest.

The best match three game of its kind, plus outstanding community simulation. Id love to see greater interaction with and among villagers in future updates. Graphics are gorgeously rendered. Well done, guys.

It drives me NUTS that this isnt one of the top 10 iPhone games with millions playing it. The graphics are among the best, the mechanics and progression are perfect, you can play for 100s of hours and its still fun. Why didnt the puzzle quest people get these folks to port their game instead!!?? It runs so much better and is very similar, I play this instead of puzzle quest 2 and love it. It will stay on my iPhone forever. Please spread the word that Kalevala RULES!

This is a fun game. Challenging, creative with beautiful visuals. Still trying to figure out why the people are wearing white hats with a blue stripe. Addictive game I highly recommend.

If you enjoy match-three style games, Heroes of Kalevala is the pinnacle of the genre! I re-purchased this for the iPhone after owning it for the iPad for over a year. The puzzles are well designed and addictive, the Sims-style village building is a nice little distraction between puzzles and the art style is really well executed. Even if you know nothing of the Finnish mythology, Kalevala offers a satisfying contextual wrapper atop a game that could stand on its own without one. I highly recommend this game!

Pretty sure I became addicted to this game while I wasnt looking. Now Im worried that I might be almost at the end. Too fun.

A very good spin on the match 3/bejeweled theme. Graphics are nice, with a really good variety of levels to play. Village/tribe building is a fun side "quest" to mix things up. The music is good, though there is a minor negative - I find the "hurry, time is running out" music to be overly annoying, taking away slightly from the overall experience. Not enough to change my rating, but enough to mention that it stands out as very out of place in the overall feel of the game.

Loved this game. The combination of match 3 & village building was great. I even enjoyed the villagers jumping around. Wish there were many more villages.....

Easily one of the best buys Ive ever made on the app store lots of levels + city building + unlockables distinguish this from the average match 3 puzzler.
